Before changing or resetting your phone
Open Settings → Backup and recovery. Check the last completed backup and wait for pending changes to finish while the app is open and online. Cloud recovery needs an earlier successful sync.
Drafts, reusable phrases, settings, and Saved copies stay on this device. Export anything you want to keep separately. File import is not available, so an export is a readable copy, not an in-app restore file.

Good Days is preparing for launch. A public support address will be added before release. If you’re testing an early build, contact the person who shared it with you.
Include your app version, iPhone model, and a short description of what happened. Please leave out journal notes, locations, passwords, and sign-in codes.
